F/L I like your processing on this image with the train. The warmth in it makes me think about the old color postcards. You have an excellent composition. It is wonderful that you could include the water tower.

I remember when those old oil burners would come into town. I recall liking the smell of coal better. There was a time not long again I could walk out my door in Maine and get a train that would take across the US and Canada .. showing my age I guess.

Thanks Bob - We have train travel available in the Dallas Fort Worth area and there are future plans to make "bullet line" to Houston but not sure how far off that will be. So I think its making a strong comeback but without the smoke and the cinders which was even before my time. This train is from 1901 and it was an oil burner then (i think). Coal and wood died a little after that in most places and they started converting them all to oil burners. I'm not an expert on the railroads, just like to look at them and marvel.
