Thanks Linda - I WISH it was the state bird, but alas, its the mockingbird. I think the Roadrunner would represent us just fine as its very resourceful and part of the cuckoo family :)

f/l This is an absolutely outstanding image of roadrunner. This would be great photo for Texans since it is their state bird. The sharp details are awesome. The blue in the sky is fantastic and a nice contrast with the browns in the subject.
